The size of Opus 5 is relative to the dial surface. Look especially at the Bell & Ross.
The most fascinating comparison is probably the FREAK.
Otherwise, some relatively "small" watches like the Journe and the JMG are quite OK, compared to the massive Opus 5. It is the dial's small surface area that makes Opus 5 look "normal".
