A vintage GP Regulator I had eyed a few times but always shied away. Most I have seen for sale are of questionable background with likely new dials assembled in South America. Very difficult to check authenticity. But I'm sure one day, an opportunity will... 

But I never saw, until now, one I would trust to jump on... This one is stunning, if I have a chance, I will take a wrist shot next time and possible a movement shot. As for your question... No, sorry... I would not. Best, CC Blomman

totally agree on the difficulty verifying such a piece. The below was recently for sale in Germany, but I did a bit of research and I was able to track this down to an Argentinian origin, most certainly a reprinted dial, hence I stayed away. I wonder if t...

Ciao Giuseppe, The GP Cal 28 is a 13 Lignes movement based on FHF Cal 200. Used by Girard-Perregaux between 1943-1944. I can't read the reference in your photo, but if you give me the reference, I can ask the Manufacture for more details. Would you please...

Lo schema grafico è lo stesso del tuo MIMO. Il quadrante è patinato , l'orologio non è mai stato pulito. Ancora devo decidere come procedere con il lavoro, prima voglio raccogliere informazioni.....non ho fretta. Ciao Giuseppe ...  

I heard back from the Manufacture, but they didn't have any additional info on this watch than I already wrote in my previous post, sorry. Your dial looks great - I need to find one for me one day... Best Blomman
