Cat's Eye Bi Retro repairs
The worldwide head of customer service at GP wrote to me and has offered a 50% discount on repairs and a 2 year warranty thereon. Although I have thanked them, I have suggested they call back the parts to the Manufacture and scrutinize what actually went wrong.
I do not know if the service center and company will actually do that. I have never found this happening to any of my watches in such short time. The watch has been worn carefully, for evenings and special occasions, and has not been keeping good power reserve since about two years ago. Little did we realize that it would come to this. After all, our technical knowledge has limits....
