Baselworld 2013: The Cal. GP02700
GP have released a new automatic calibre, the GP02700, the smallest automatic movement the Manufacture produces, at 19.4mm. The winding rotor is mounted on a ceramic ball-race to limit wear and there is a double third wheel allowing GP to choose one of three positions for the second hand: centre, 9 or 10 o’clock. The balance bridge is supported at both ends providing increased stability. This little marvel is presented in a new steel ladies watch in the Art Deco-inspired 1945 range called the 1945 Lady.
