Dear enthusiasts,

it´s a special pleasure to present the last new model for 2006, which at the same time is the very first for 2007!

It is a tradition for Girard-Perregaux to release a very limited edition for the Italy markets towards the end of the year. Earlier editions included the Sea Hawk II, the Laureato and the WWTC (the "GP Club" being one of the most sought after models in steel). All of them are picked up quickly, which to no small degree goes back to the beautiful execution of the editions.

For 2007, Girard-Perregaux choose the WWTC Power Reserve ref. 49850. The "GP Club" edition of 50 pieces only spins forth a design introduced with the "Swiss Edition" WW.TC chronograph during SIHH 2006, in that a steel case is combined with a very classy looking ruthenium-grey dial. This combination accounts for a most beautiful, understated and classy appearance:

This watch is accompanied by a special box which represents the limited edition, as well as a special engraving on the back.

The WWTC "Power Reserve", with it´s reduced dimensions towards the chronograph, is a very practical and handsome watch at the same time.

It´s greatly comfortable and you may get an idea of the dial when looking at earlier pictures of the chronograph edition; it´s a very cool thing in nature.

Here´s the full data:

Given traditionally demand surpasses supply for the "GP Club" editions and these pieces tend to sell out fast, interested enthusiasts better run! With the first batches delivered to retailers in Italy, i´m sure the "Club WWTC" will speak for itself once it´s visible. But i don´t expect these to be on the shelves that long :-)

Greetings from Germany,

Peter

Hi Peter,
Thanks for this scoop: this is a beautiful watch, as all the other ww.tc watches, and very attractive for an Italian like me...
I was not aware of this exclusive production of GP for the Italian market. I would be interested to buy it but I am sure it is already sold out since they produced 50 pieces only!
Cheers,
Valerio
