A new old piece

G'day, probably the last new addition for this year and among the oldest; not a particularly exquisite piece comparing to GP´s all-time-greats such as the Three Gold Bridges, but somehow a bit of history. When Girard-Perregaux was bought by Otto Graef in 1928, wrist watches still weren´t that popular. It took them until 1930´s to take over the watch world, although the Graef facilities, which focussed on casemaking of mostly gold cases, already had quite a variety of mostly ladies models. So ...

Dear enthusiasts, it´s a special pleasure to present the last new model for 2006, which at the same time is the very first for 2007! It is a tradition for Girard-Perregaux to release a very limited edition for the Italy markets towards the end of the year. Earlier editions included the Sea Hawk II, the Laureato and the WWTC (the "GP Club" being one of the most sought after models in steel).
