The Many Shapes of the Richeville line

Friends,

We all know that Girard-Perregaux is not afraid of changing and trying different design and shapes…
Just look at the Gyromatic- or the Sea Hawk lines!

Another example is the Richeville line;

From the round classic shape in the late sixties…




To the rectangular re-introduction of the Richeville line in the beginning of the nineties…




To the tonneau shaped just before the line ended.




Another theme to dig deeper and investigate!

When I discovered GP some 17 years ago, I was quite surprised by this variety.
