Cat's Eye Bi Retro repairs
Fellow watch lovers,
I gave my wife's Cat's eye for inspection to the dealer in Mumbai, India and was shocked to find that after barely 3 years, the following parts need to be replaced -
Centre wheel.
- Third wheel.
- Second wheel.
- Escape wheel.
- Sliding pinion.
- Winding pinion.
- Setting wheel.
- Minute wheel (upper and lower)
Unfortunately, for us, the watch is not in warranty anymore but this seems to be a quality issue. It has been worn often and I have written to the company on this. Please give me your views....

There is nothing to say untl all the facts
about lubrication, usage conditions, service status, pre-sales and after-sales storage environment, and technical asessment by th service department are known. Keep us informed. Regards, MTF
