My head is still spinning! Such a great weekend with perfect hosts and fantastic company. One of those memories I will always think about with a big smile on my face. Thanks again for all the hard work you and your beautiful other half did for us. Best, Michael
A bit of a thread resurrection here. For future reference, just in case someone else has one of these watches with this dial. I have only seen a few of these dials in many years of collecting. Here is another one. Thanks Michael
Hello all, Its not often that I can find 1940s watches in this condition, especially GPs I thought I would share this beauty with you while I had a few minutes to spare. Cheers Michael
Stunning watch, stunning pictures too. I love your strap choice blomman, Can you tell me where I can find one please and which colour the strap is, I would love one for my 5513. Thanks Michael
Many thanks! It is a great honour to see my watch up there, I am very proud. I will add photos of the watch on its new GP strap very soon. Thanks Michael
Thank you for the nice comments and information . I feel very lucky to have found these two beauties, right place at the right time I guess. Thanks Michael
My second vintage GP arrived a week ago, I haven't taken it off much since, I am not too familiar with this model however the information I have found says it is a type 20. The movement is a Valjoux 720 with flyback function dating from around the 1960s. I am very happy with the deep diver now too,
